Le sirop est indiqué pour une utilisation d’urgence lors d’une toux sèche et fatigante survenant au cours d’infections des voies respiratoires supérieures.
Description
Le sirop de pin complexe est un médicament dont les substances actives sont : l’extrait de cétine de pin, la teinture d’anis et le phosphate de codéine. Le produit est destiné aux adultes et adolescents de plus de 12 ans et possède des propriétés antitussives.
Composition
Les substances actives du sirop sont : extrait de pin (Pini extractum fluidum) DER 1:0,9-1,1 extractant : éthanol 96 (v/v), teinture d’anis (Anisi tinctura) DER 1:4,5-5, 5 extractant : éthanol 70% (v/v) et phosphate de codéine (Codeini phosphas hemihydricus).
15 ml de sirop (1 cuillère à soupe) contiennent 1283,1 mg d’extrait de cétine de pin, 194,4 mg de teinture d’anis, 9,72 mg de phosphate de codéine.
Les excipients sont : lactate de calcium pentahydraté, acide phosphorique dilué, saccharose, eau purifiée.
15 ml du produit contiennent environ 12 g de saccharose.
Dosage
Utilisez toujours ce médicament exactement comme décrit dans cette notice ou selon les directives de votre médecin ou pharmacien. En cas de doute, demandez à votre médecin ou pharmacien.
La posologie recommandée pour les adultes est de 15 ml de sirop, 3 fois par jour. La posologie pour les adolescents âgés de 12 à 18 ans est de 10 à 15 ml trois fois par jour. Le médicament peut être mesuré à l’aide du gobelet doseur inclus dans l’emballage.
Les indications
Le sirop est indiqué en cas d’urgence lors de toux sèches et fatigantes survenant au cours d’infections des voies respiratoires supérieures.
Contre-indications
Le médicament ne doit pas être utilisé en cas d’allergie à l’un des ingrédients, ainsi que chez les patients souffrant d’asthme bronchique ou de tendance au bronchospasme, d’insuffisance respiratoire aiguë, de dépendance aux médicaments opioïdes, de constipation chronique et chez les personnes présentant un syndrome très rapide. métabolisme du CYP2D6.
Effets secondaires
Comme tous les médicaments, ce médicament peut provoquer des effets indésirables, bien que tout le monde n’y soit pas sujet.
Les effets secondaires causés par le sirop de pin complexe comprennent : somnolence, étourdissements, chutes de pression, diminution de la fréquence respiratoire, bronchospasme, constipation, coliques biliaires, nausées, vomissements, difficultés à uriner et bouche sèche.
