Dosage
For the first week, 1 capsule a day with a meal, for the next week 2 times a day, 1 capsule with a meal, then 3 times a day, 1 capsule with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended dose. This supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep away from children.”
