Active ingredient: butamirate citrate.
1 ml of syrup contains 3 mg of butamirate citrate.
Excipients: liquid sorbitol, non-crystallizing (E 420), sucralose (E 955), sodium chloride, benzoic acid (E 210), glycerin (E 422), sodium hydroxide, raspberry flavor AR 0320 (Himbeere fl. (a mixture of aromatic substances and solvent), 3-cis-hexenol, 1,2-propylene glycol, vanillin), vanilla flavor AR 0345 (diacetyl, ethyl butyrate, vanillin, 1,2-propylene glycol, water), purified water.
Dosage
The medicine should be taken orally.
Recommended dose:
Children from 3 to 6 years old: 2.5 ml of syrup 3 times a day;
Children from 6 to 12 years old: 5 ml of syrup 3 times a day;
Adolescents over 12 years of age: 7.5 ml of syrup 3 times a day;
Adults: 7.5 ml of syrup 4 times a day.
An oral measuring cup or syringe with adapter is included, making it easy to measure an accurate dose.
If you do not feel better or feel worse after 7 days, contact your doctor.
Action
The drug acts by centrally suppressing the cough reflex.
