- How does the active ingredient in the medicine work?
- The active ingredient has analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects at the same time. It blocks the formation of certain messenger substances in the body, so-called prostaglandins. These play a key role in the development of pain, fever and inflammation.
- Acetylsalicylic acid also influences blood clotting. The substance prevents the blood platelets (thrombocytes) from clumping together and thus improves the flowability of the blood.
