Butiner 500 30 tabl
Butiner 500 is a food for special medical purposes, containing butyric acid in the form of sodium butyrate. The preparation is intended for dietary treatment in functional intestinal disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel diseases, including ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease, digestive tract infections, diarrhea resulting from antibiotic therapy, traveler’s diarrhea, intestinal flora disorders and butyric acid deficiencies resulting from a low-fiber diet containing small amounts of dietary fiber.
The special tablet coating protects the active ingredient of the preparation from the action of gastric juice and protects against absorption in the small intestine. Enteric-coated, controlled-release tablets allow it to reach the large intestine.
