Dalfeine film-coated tablet is a medicine formulated with paracetamol, which is used for pain relief and for lowering temperature in cases of fever. It also contains caffeine, which will both promote the analgesic action of paracetamol and stimulate the state of alertness.
Dalfeine is used in adults and children over 15 years of age for the symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain and/or fever.
The active substances found in a Dalféine tablet are paracetamol, up to 500 mg, and caffeine, up to 65 mg. The other ingredients of this medicine are pregelatinized starch, povidone, crospovidone, stearic acid, microcrystalline cellulose, colloidal anhydrous silica, croscarmellose sodium and magnesium stearate. The coating is composed of Opadry II 85F18422 (polyvinyl alcohol, macrogols, talc, titanium dioxide (E171)).
