Application area
The drug is an analgesic and antipyretic agent from the group of non-al anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).
The drug is used for:
symptomatic treatment
mild or moderate pain,
High temperature.
Dosage
The recommended dose is:
Adults and adolescents aged 16 years and over initially take 1 film-coated tablet (equivalent to 25 mg diclofenac potassium), then 1 film-coated tablet (equivalent to 25 mg diclofenac potassium) every 4 to 6 hours as needed.
However, the maximum number of 3 film-coated tablets (equivalent to 75 mg diclofenac potassium) should not be exceeded in 24 hours.
Elderly patients
In elderly patients, the lowest effective dose should be used.
Duration of use
Do not take this medicine for more than 4 days.
You should not take this medicine
if you are allergic to diclofenac or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.
if you have a history of airway spasms, asthma attacks, chest pain, swelling of the nasal mucosa, or skin reactions after taking aspirin or other NSAIDs.
if you have unexplained disorders of blood formation and blood clotting.
if you have an active stomach or intestinal ulcer, bleeding, or perforation.
if you have a history of current or recurrent stomach/duodenal ulcers (peptic ulcers) or bleeding (at least 2 different episodes of proven ulceration or bleeding).
if you have a history of gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation in connection with previous treatment with NSAIDs.
if you have bleeding in the brain (cerebrovascular hemorrhage) or other active bleeding.
if you have severe liver or kidney dysfunction.
if you have heart failure (heart failure according to the NYHA classification stages II-IV).
if you have been diagnosed with heart disease and/or cerebrovascular disease, such as. For example, if you have had a heart attack, stroke, or small stroke (transient ischemic attack, TIA), or if you have blockages in the arteries of your heart or brain, or have had surgery to remove or bypass these blockages.
if you have or have had problems with your blood circulation (peripheral arterial disease).
in the last trimester of pregnancy.”
