Diflos drops 5 ml is a product in the form of an oral suspension containing microencapsulated, live cultures of Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG bacteria (ATCC 53103).

Composition
corn oil, microencapsulated live cultures of Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG bacteria.
5 drops contain 1 billion microencapsulated live cultures of LGG bacteria.
1 billion microencapsulated LGG bacterial cultures = 5 billion freeze-dried LGG bacterial cultures.
Indications
Product intended for dietary management: during and after antibiotic therapy; in diarrhea of various etiologies; in states of reduced body immunity; in colic babies.
Diflos is intended for newborns, infants, children and adults; intended for use under medical supervision; can be used by people who do not tolerate milk proteins, lactose and gluten; not intended for parenteral use.
Action
is a strain of natural origin: it was isolated from the human digestive tract,
has a classification and taxonomic code in accordance with FAO/WHO guidelines (Food and Agriculture Organization/World Health Organization),
has a beneficial effect on the human body confirmed in many clinical studies (900 studies and publications):
a. reduces the risk of side effects of antibiotic therapy, such as abdominal pain and loose stools,
b. reduces the incidence of diarrhea in children staying in hospitals,
c. reduces the risk of developing infectious inflammation of the upper respiratory tract,
d. reduces symptoms related to gastrointestinal disorders (e.g. colic) in infants, manifested by crying and irritability,
e. reduces the incidence of respiratory infections caused by rhinoviruses in infants,
can be used together with an antibiotic because it has zero plasmid transfer potential.
Dosage
While taking antibiotics orally, as well as after antibiotic therapy – once a day during antibiotic therapy and 4 weeks after – 5 drops (infants and children up to 12 years of age) or 10 drops (children over 12 years of age and adults)
In diarrhea of various etiologies – 2 times a day for 5 days – 6 drops 2 times a day
In states of reduced body immunity – 1 drop once a day for 3 months
Proper functioning of natural intestinal microflora – 2 times a day for 2 months – 3 drops 2 times a day
Complaints related to colic in infants – once a day for the first month of life, then once a day for the second month of life”
