“The product is intended for local fluoridation of tooth enamel. Due to adhesion to the hard tissues of teeth, fluorides accumulate in their outer layers and thereby reduce the solubility of enamel. At the same time, by their action against bacteria, they reduce or suppress the metabolism of microorganisms in dental plaque and thereby prevent the occurrence of caries or slow down its development.

Composition of the product
Medicinal substances: mixed aminofluoride (olaflurum, dectaflurum), sodium fluoride.
1 g of dental gel contains: Aminfluorida mixta 33.190 mg (=Olaflurum 30.32 mg, Dectaflurum 2.87 mg), sodium fluoride 22.10 mg, fluoride content: 12,500 ppm F.
Recommended Use
To apply 1 to 2 cm (approximately 0.5 g) of Elmex gel to sensitive teeth, apply up to 2-3 times a week, depending on the number of affected areas. The drug is applied to the teeth with a soft brush and distributed very carefully.
Medicine for use in the oral cavity. Contains medicinal substances – a mixture of amine fluorides and sodium fluoride. Read the leaflet on the packaging carefully.

The drug is intended for use in the doctor’s office and for home care. The drug is available exclusively in pharmacies, without a prescription.
Suitable from age 6 years.
Ingestion of high doses of the product (5 mg fluoride/kg body weight or more) leads to vomiting, diarrhea and loss of body fluids. Drinking milk is recommended as first aid for fluoride overdose.
In case of overdose or accidental ingestion of the product by a child, consult a doctor immediately.
This product may be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding, but should always be consulted with a physician.
