If you have taken a larger amount than you should
During an overdose of loratadine, sleepiness, accelerated heartbeat (tachycardia) and headache were described.
If you have taken too many tablets, please inform your doctor or pharmacist immediately.
In the event of an overdose, a treatment geared and supported by the symptoms must be initiated immediately and continued as long as necessary. Activated carbon can be administered in water. A gastric flushing can be considered. Loratadin is not removed by blood linen (hemodialysis) and it is not known whether loratadine is excreted by peritoneal dialysis. After emergency treatment, the patient must remain under medical supervision.
If you have forgotten the intake
Do not take the double dose if you have forgotten the prior intake.
If you have forgotten to take a tablet in good time, take it as soon as possible. Then continue as recommended.
