Dosage
Use at least an hour before bedtime. Children may use the preparation only under the supervision of an adult who should know and understand how to use the product. The method of use is the same regardless of age. It is recommended to use the rinsing kit for children over 4 years of age. If your child is under 4 years old, consult your pediatrician before using the product. Step 1: Wash your hands. Fill a clean bottle with warm, boiled water up to the point marked with a dashed line. You can heat the water bottle in the microwave, but no longer than 5 seconds to avoid overheating the water and damaging the bottle. Step 2: Cut the corner of the NeilMed mixture sachet and pour its contents into the bottle. Put the cap with the tube on the hole in the bottle, screw it on tightly, then plug the hole in the cap with your finger and shake the bottle to dissolve the mixture. Step 3: Stand at the sink, bend over and tilt your head. Keeping your mouth open and not holding your breath, place the hole in the bottle cap against your nostril. Gently squeeze the bottle so that the solution enters the nose and flows out through the other nostril, this corresponds to 1 bottle volume. The solution should not be swallowed. Step 4: After rinsing one nostril, gently blow air through your nose to avoid putting excessive pressure on the eardrum. If the solution gets into your throat, rinse it out. Step 5: Repeat steps 3 and 4 when rinsing the second nostril. Pour out the remaining solution. Make a fresh solution before each rinse. Rinse your nose once or twice daily, or as directed by your doctor.
