“Composition
Active ingredients: octenidine dihydrochloride and phenoxyethanol.
100 g of skin spray contain 0.10 g of octenidine dihydrochloride and 2 g of phenoxyethanol.
Excipients: glycerin 85%, sodium D-gluconate, cocamidopropyl betaine 30%, sodium hydroxide, purified water.
Dosage
Disinfection of skin and mucous membranes:
Moisten a sterile gauze swab with Octaseptal and thoroughly wash the areas to be treated. After thoroughly moistening the skin or mucous membranes with the medicine, wait at least 1 minute.
Disinfection of the oral cavity:
Rinse your mouth with 20 ml of the medicine for 20 seconds. The medicine must not be swallowed.
Treatment of small burn wounds or wounds resulting from systemic diseases:
Octaseptal should be used in the form of drops. Gauze pads should be changed once or twice a day.
Postoperative wound and suture care:
The drug has a disinfectant and analgesic effect. Cleanses wounds from dead tissue and secretions, stimulating the healing process. A sterile gauze swab should be soaked with Ocaseptal and the wound should be washed from the inside out (and not vice versa).
Supports the treatment of skin mycoses, including interdigital mycosis:
The drug should be sprayed on the affected areas of the skin in the morning and evening for 14 days.
